CCR1987091COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #91-87 (As Amended) APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP (L. Kurer and W. Bushberger) WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize a division of three lots and an outlot on Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 submitted by Lynn Kurer and Wayne Bushberger, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval with the condition of an addition of a deed restriction stating that no Outlot 1 shall be eliminated and that property shall become a lot may be redivided to establish a new home site, and that part of Lot 3 a NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a division of three lots on Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 12 submitted by Lynn Kurer and Wayne Bushberger, subject to approval by the City Engineer. RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a deed restriction shall be placed on the face of the map stating that no lot may be redivided to establish a new home site, and the map shall be revised to eliminate Outlot 1 and include that property as part of Lot 3. RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, park dedication fees, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, that the parkway proposed to go through this development shall be eliminated.
