APPROVAL OF PRACTICE/SHOW DATES OF WATER BUGS
(As Amended)
SKI CLUB ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, representatives of the Water Rugs Ski Club, Inc., have
requested permission of the Parks and Recreation Board and the
Finance Committee to use the dock facilities at Idle Isle Beach
as a take-off pier during specified dates and times, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Park and Recreation Board
have recommended approval of the use of the dock at Idle Isle
Reach as a take-off pier between the hours of 6:30 P.M. and
8:30 P.M. on the following dates:
May 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28
June 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30
August 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27
July 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30
September 1, 2, 13, and
LEIEREAS, it is necessary that a certificate of insurance naming
the City of Yuskego as co-insured be submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and the
Parks and Recreation aoard, does hereby approve of the water ski
practice and show use of the dock at Idle Isle Beach between the
hours of 6:30 P.M. and 8:30 P.M. as listed above, subject to a
certificate of insurance for Sl,OOO,OOO coverage naming the City
of Huskego as co-insured.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said group shall, as required by law
and/or ordinance, establish and mark pickup and drop-off areas
with regulatory markers, obey other applicable laws and
ordinances and remove said markers immediately after each session
stated above and not replace them until just prior to the next
session stated above.
