ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR FORCED SEWER HOOK-UP
(As Amended)
(Sweeney and Pope Properties)
GJHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee directed the Building
Inspector to obtain quotes for the forced sewer hook-ups of the
Dennis Sweeney property at W156 57887 Ladwig Dr. and the Terry
Pope property at W156 S7890 Ladwig Dr., and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:
Sweeney - W156 S7887 Ladwig Dr.
John Lang Trenching, Muskego $ 2,139.00
C & H Plumbing & Htg. Co., New Rerlin 1,480.00
Pope - 1.1156 S7890 Ladwig Dr.
John Lang Trenching
C & H Plumbing & Htg. Co.
$ 1,935.00
1,660.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance of
the low quotes from C & H Plumbing & Htg. Co. in the amounts of
$1,480.00 and $1,660.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby accept the quote from C & H Plumbing Et
Htg. Co. in the amount of $1,480.00 for the forced sewer hook-up
of the Dennis Sweeney property at W156 S7887 Ladwig Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hook-up of the Terry Pope
property at W156 S7890 Ladwig Dr. shall not be implemented until
5/28/87. If connection to the sewer has not been made by that
date, the quote of C & H Plumbing Et Htg. Co. in the amount of
S1,660.00 shall then be accepted and the forced sewer hook-up
shall proceed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of
the City.
