APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
SUBURBAN HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat has been submitted for a proposed 61
Section 5, and
lot subdivision known as Suburban Heights in the SE 114 of
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject to
removal of Lots 23 through 27 which are in the wetland district,
increasing the width of the corner lots to a minimum average
width of 120', and the concerns of all objecting agencies being
resolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the Suburban Heights
Subdivision, subject to approval of all objecting and approving
agencies and the City Engineer, and subject to removal from the
plat of Lots 23 through 27, and increasing the width of the
