APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDITION NO. 1
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat dated 3/13/87 has been submitted for
Addn. No. 1, being a redivision of part of Outlots 1 and 2, Lake
a proposed 30 lot subdivision known as Lake Brittany Estates
Brittany Estates in the East 112 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was approved in 1979 for a 24 lot division
of this parcel, which was never recorded, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the Lake Brittany
Estates Addition No. 1 Subdivision, subject to approval of all
objecting and approving agencies and the City Engineer.
