WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - MW-3-87
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Water Main
Construction Project MW-3-87 and the following bids were
received:

United Sewer & Water
Mainline Sewer & Water

WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke and the Public Water Committee have
reviewed the bids and have recommended acceptance of the low
bid submitted by United Sewer & Water in the amount of
$687,701.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Water
Water in the amount of $687,701.00.
Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of United Sewer &
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
