RESOLUTION 1/39-87
AUTHORIZING COMMITMENT OF ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FOR FLOW
WHEREAS, the City has been providing for the continued support
of FLOW, making two contributions in the amount of $21,000 each
year, and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that there may be a deficit this
year which would require an additional contribution of up to
15%, or $3,150.00, and
WHEREAS, FLOW has requested the participating communities to
make a commitment for the additional funds, if the expected
deficit does occur, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has reviewed this request
and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby express its intention to continue its
support of FLOW for 1987 and submit an additional contribution
of up to $3,150.00, if the expected deficit does occur.
