RESOLUTION 1/38-87
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF GRINDER PUMP
(Oak Hill Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, the bid awarded to Debelak Bros for the Oak Hill Sewer
Project excluded grinder pump stations in order for the City to
obtain them at a lower cost, and
WHEREAS, a quote has been obtained from Energenecs, Inc. in the
amount of $3,212.50 for a Peabody Barnes simplex grinder pump,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance
of the quote.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the quote from Energenecs,
Inc. in the amount of $3,212.50 for a Peabody Barnes simplex
grinder pump for use in the Oak Hill Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that authorization is hereby given for
the expenditure of the $3,212.50 from the Oak Hill Sewer
Project borrowed money account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and Clerk are herebv d authorized to sign any necessary documents in the name of the
City.
