APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION

WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by Richard Bennett for
approval of a possible division of his property in the NW 114
of Section 24, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the sketch and would be
receptive to submittal of a certified survey map to finalize
the division, and
WHEREAS, the Council has been requested to review the sketch in
order to advise the applicant of the present intent of the
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby indicate its present intention that it
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
approves of the concept of the proposed land division.
