RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO APPROVE
THE CONCEPT OF RS-2 (OPD) ZONING PROPOSED BY KENT KOSOBUCKI
WHEREAS, Kent Kosobucki has petitioned the Council to rezone the
Highway 24 from RS-2/RSA/B-4 to RS-2 (OPD) for the purpose of
property located at the northwest corner of Woodland Place and
residential development, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
rezoning request, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
Kosobucki, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by Kent
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
