APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF ESTABLISHING POLICY
FOR CITIZEN NOTIFICATION OF MEETINGS
WHEREAS, a request has been made to establish a policy whereby
notification would be made to interested parties when
controversial issues appear on any meeting agenda, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this request and
has made no recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby (approve/disapprove) the
request to establish a policy that notification shall be made
to all interested parties when controversial issues appear on
any meeting agenda, with determination of "interested parties"
to be the responsibility of the alderman of the district
involved.
