RESOLUTION 1/31-87
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE
PIZZA-BURGER SYSTEM, INC. (EASEMENT-WATER MAIN PROJECT)
WHEREAS, the City wishes to obtain an easement from Pizza-
Burger System, Inc. for construction of the MW-3-87 Water Main
Project on Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS, the Pizza-Burger System, Inc. sign is within the
proposed 15 ft. easement and the owner has expressed concern
about damage which could occur to the legal non-conforming
sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $-0- which will include
the following special provision: If the seller's sign which is
located on a portion of the land covered by the easement is
damaged due to work performed under the easement, the sign in
that case may be repaired or replaced. 0
