AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN AND COUNTRY WASTE SERVICE
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Waste Pick-up - City Hall/P.D.)
WHEREAS, the City's agreement with Town and Country Waste
Service, Inc. expired on January 31, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an
agreement with Town and Country Waste Service, Inc. to provide
waste pick-up service from February 1, 1987 through January 31,
1988 at the rate of $40.00 per month for City Hall and $20.00
per month for the Police Department.
