WHEREAS, Emerald Park, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council to rezone property in the S 112 of the NE 114 and the SE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 36 from A to 1-2 for the purpose of creating a sanitary landfill, and WHEREAS, the Public Hearing has been held, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial.
