AND EASEMENTS - WATER MAIN PROJECTS - HWY. 24
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF OFFERS TO PURCHASE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute any necessary legal
documents in the name of the City in order to obtain the
easements for the water main projects along Highway 24.
