RESOLUTION {Ill-87
SITING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been notified by Emerald Park,
Inc. as to a proposed waste facility site in the City of Muskego;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been notified as to the right of
the City of Muskego to pass a siting resolution so that it may be
involved in negotiations and possible arbitration over said site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Muskego, located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, with its
principal offices being located at Muskego City Hall, W182 S8200
