AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BUILDING INSPECTION COPY MACHINE (COS Copiers)
WHEREAS, the maintenance agreement with COS Copiers for the
Toshiba copy machine in the Building Inspection Dept. has
expired, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the attached
maintenance agreement for 1987 and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-ComDtroller to
execute an agreement between the City and COS kopiers for
maintenance of the copy machine in the Building Inspection
office for 1987.

TOTAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
This agreement provides s total maintenance program for the equipment
of the terms and conditions below, Central Office Systems Corp. (COS)
identified by the serial number(s) listed above. Upon mutual acceptance
will provide tnr tollowing:

Unlimited emergency service calls.
COS wili provide emergency servi:i ng by a fa:tory trained service
technician as reasonably requested by the customer at no charge
for parts or labor necessary to obtain normal machine operation.
Service by COS is to be performed during normal working hours,
e:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday through Friday, exclusive of lesa1
holidays. All service requested at other times to be billed at
normal hourly overtime rates.
There will be an additional charge for service and/or replacement
parts if the malfunction is a result of customer negligence,
the use of supplies not sold or recommended by COS. or any work
performed on the unit by individuals not authorized by COS. General
Housekeeping of the exterior of the copier, replenishment of
responsibilities and are not in:luded in this agreement.
