RESOLUTION #6-87
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC ROADS
(Wentland Drive Area)
WHEREAS, the road described on Exhibit "X" attached to this
resolution has been worked as a public highway for over 10
years, and
WHEREAS, it has been graded and plowed by the City of Muskego
for over 10 years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 80.01(2), does
hereby declare said road to be and is a public highway and this
document shall be recorded with the Office of the Register of
Deeds for Waukesha County.
