ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR CLEANING SERVICE
CITY HALL/LIBRARY AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained for the cleaning of the City
Hall/Library and the Police Department for the period of January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1987, as follows:
Michels Cleaning Service $ 1,060.00/Month Dan Plautz Cleaning Service 1 ,190.OO/Month Squeaky Cleaning Service 1,275.00/Month Wilm Janitorial Service 1,677.00/Month, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, has recommended that the quote
of Dan Plautz Cleaning in the amount of $1,190.00 be accepted
Michels Cleaning due to previous reports of dissatisfaction
since they could not justify acceptance of the low quote of
with their performance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the second low quote of Dan Plautz Cleaning
Service in the amount of $1,190.00 for the cleaning of the City
January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1987, with the low quote
Hall/Library and the Police Department for the period of
not considered due to dissatisfaction with the quality of work
previously performed by that A service.
