GRANTING PERMISSION TO BADGER STATE CORVETTE, LTD.
FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST
ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE (Schubring Bay)
WHEREAS, the Finance Commitee has received a request from
Badger State Corvette, Ltd. for permission to hold their annual
driving skill contest on Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Bay),
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
minimum of $25.00 to be retained in accordance with 20.06(4) of
permit and acknowledged receipt of the $200.00 check, with a
the Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant a permit to Badger State Corvette,
Ltd. to hold a driving skill contest on Little Muskego Lake
(Schubring Bay) on January 18, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a minimum of $25.00 of the license
fee shall be retained in accordance with 20.06(4) of the
Municipal Code.
