REJECTION OF ALL QUOTES
STOCKPILED TOPSOIL - INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS, due to the construction of the addition to the
offered for sale, and
Industrial Park, topsoil has been stockpiled which has been
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:
Western Landscape Contractors 25 per cubic yard
Fredricks Soil Co., Inc. 35 1 per yard, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee and Finance Committee have
recommended rejection of the quotes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
and Finance Committees, does hereby reject all quotes received
for the stockpiled topsoil because the quotes are too low.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee is directed
to research alternatives to obtain the best value for the
topsoil.
