PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO EXERCISE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT POLICE POWERS UNDER SEC. 66.60, WIS. STATS. AS
TO SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT AREA FOR
OAK HILL SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin:
1. The Common Council hereby declares its intention to
exercise its police power under Sec. 66.60, Wis. Stats., to levy
area for special benefits conferred upon such property by
special assessments upon property within the following described
following properties:
installation of the sanitary sewers in streets abutting the
Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area
for Project MSS-1-87
for Assessment District "S"
Oak Hill Sewer Project
All that part of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, more
fully described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of centerlines of Martin Drive
and Lannon Drive; thence Southeasterly along the said
centerline of Martin Drive, 216 feet more or less to the point
of beginning of the lands herein described:
All those properties that abut the right-of-way of Martin
Drive; thence continuing Southeasterly 516 feet more or less
Hill Drive being the point of termination, also those
to the intersection of centerlines of Martin Drive and Oak
Westerly 180 feet of parcel identified as Tax Key No.
