APPROVAL TO PURCHASE 1987 CAPITAL BUDGETED
COPY MACHINE-CLERK'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Capital Budgeting Committee recommended approval of
a copy machine for the Clerk's office in an amount not to exceed
$7,500, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the request of the
City Clerk and has recommended approval of the purchase of a
demonstrator Toshiba BD8412 with various additional equipment not
to exceed a total of $7,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
budgeted copy machine for the Clerk's Office in an amount not to
Committee, does hereby approve of the purchase of a 1987 capital
