DEFERRING PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT FOR COSTS OF SEWER FOR
THE MICHAEL AND GLORIA BART2 PROPERTY IN SECTION 11
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, COUNTY OF WAUKESHA
STATE OF WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego previously
adopted Resolution fl234-76, Resolution Deferring Special
Assessment Against Farm Lands (Northeast District-Kattnig
Estate - Assess. #L-106, $13,200.00), and
WHEREAS, the deferral period for said assessment expired on
December 14, 1986, and
WHEREAS, the City and Michael Bartz wish to defer said
assessment and the interest due at the end of said deferral
period under the new deferral policy of the City as adopted in
Resolution #112-86 except as said policy may be varied by this
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the request of Michael Bartz and
recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, as follows:
1. That the assessment deferred by Resolution 8234-76 and
years from the date of this resolution, but only
interest due or to become due thereon is deferred for 5
pursuant to the terms and conditions of Resolution #112-
86 unless specifically amended by this resolution.
2. That interest shall be charged at the rate of 9% per
annum on the unpaid balance including accrued interest
from the date of this resolution until the entire
assessment is paid in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney. n
