CCR1986284WHEREAS, Willard Bertram, Superintendent of Public Works,
has been continuously employed by the City of Muskego for
the past 35 years, having started on December 22, 1951,
and
WHEREAS, Willard Bertram has faithfully performed the
duties of his position as directed by the Mayor and the
Common Council, and
WHEREAS, "Bert", has also often been referred to as the
City's public relations representative due to his efforts
to cooperate with the citizens of this community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, does hereby express its appreciation
to Willard Bertram for his 35 years of dedicated service
in the Public Works Department, and further expresses its
gratitude for the cooperation he has exhibited with the
Common Council and the citizens of this community.
