RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF A
JURISDICTIONAL OFFER
(OAK HILL SEWER PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the City Attorney to prepare the necessary
Jurisdictional Offer in an amount not to exceed $1,000 in order
to acquire an easement on the Robert Strykola property as part
of the Oak Hill Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
