AMENDING INTENT REGARDING THE WATER UTILITY AS
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION #239-86 (AS AMENDED)
WHEREAS, the Public Water Committee has reviewed the Intent
Regarding the Water Utility adopted by Resolution #239-86 (As
Amended) on November 11, 1986, and has recommended that No. 5.
be amended to change $9,000.00 to $25,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Water
Committee, does hereby amend No. 5 of the Intent Regarding the
Water Utility adopted 11/11/86 to read as follows:
5. Special assessments would become payable in full or in
10 annual installments after a major expansion in excess
of $25,000.00 of an existing commercial or industrial
building.
