RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER AND
KNOWN AS RESOLUTION #271-a6
(Water Projects-Hwy.24, Mercury to Bay Lane)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed a Resolution of
Necessity known as Resolution 11271-86, and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert may
become necessary to carry out this project in the event the
efforts of the City are unsuccessful in obtaining the
easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby authorize the City Attorney, if in
consultation with the Mayor it is determined necessary, to hire
the firm of Transfer Realty Services as appraisers for this
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney, if in
hire the firm of Draheim Company of Green Bay as relocation
consultation with the Mayor it is determined necessary, may
problems involved in the pro.ject and for negotiating the
experts in this matter for the purposes of dealing with any
purchase of the lands necessary for this project.
