SITING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the'City of Muskego has been notified by Creative
Resource Ventures, Ltd. as to a proposed waste facility site in
the City of Wuskego; and
WEEREAS, the City of Muskego has been notified as to the
right of the City of Muskego to pass a siting resolution so that
it may be involved in negotiations and possible arbitration over
said site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The name and location of the municipality is the City of
Muskego, located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, with its
principal offices being located at Wuskego City Hall, W182 58200
Racine Avenue, Muskego, !Jisconsin 53150, (414)679-4100.
2. As close as can be determined by the City of Muskego,
the applicant for said site is Creative Resource Ventures, Ltd.,
1406 E. Washington Avenue, Suite 124, Madison, Wisconsin 53703.
3. That a description of the site as provided by Creative 0 Resource Ventures, Ltd. is the South of the NE* and the SE)
of the NWf of Section 36, T5N, R20E, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
4. The City of Muskego does intend to negotiate and, if
necessary, arbitrate with the applicant concerning the proposed
facility.
5. The City of Muskego does hereby appoint the following
four members, no more than two of which are elected officials or
municipal employees, to the local committee following the name of
each member of said committee is their name and address:
