DIRECT CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION
TO OBTAIN EASEMENT
Oak Hill Sewer Project
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee and the
Plan Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to take
whatever action is necessary to obtain easements for the Oak
Hill Sewer Project as referred to in the Second Amended
Relocation Order #245-86.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said easements in the name of the City.
