APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Dean King property on Henneberry
Drive in the SW 1 /4 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
Henneberry Drive, subject to approval by the City Engineer.

RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee and all other fees required by
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the park dedication fee, as
recommended by the Finance Committee, is hereby waived.
