BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute the attached
Indemnity Agreement in the name of the City, subject to
approval of the City Attorney.

In consideration for allowing the City of Muskego, the Muskego Police i..,.Depar,~ent,.. the, Muekego Fire Department and the Tess Corner Fire Department
to utilize the '2% story farm house located at sWiM SI0397 .South 124th 'I
Street, Muskego, WI for the purpose of a police drill and a fire training
exercise, the City of Muskego agrees to hold-harmless and indemnify Briggs 6
Stratton Corporation and Future Parkland Development, Inc., including their officers, directorat employees and agents from, .and againat ~.anp and all,
claims, actions, liability, losses and costs including.reaeonab1e attornep"e .
fees which Briggs h Stratton Corporation or Future Parkland Development,
Inc., may sustain or incur as a result of this property (described above)
being used in a police drill exercise and then being burned down by the Tess Ccraer and/or Muskego Fire Department as a part of their fire training
exercise.
