RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT POLICY
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAINS
WHEREAS, Resolution #175-86 adopted an assessment policy for
and made a part hereof; and
construction of water mains, a copy of which is attached hereto
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to
amend said policy to permit the City to grant additional
deferrals of assessments other than those now referred to in
the policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the attached assessment policy is amended as
follows:
A. 5.5 Additional Deferred Assessments - In addition
to Paragraph 5 above, the Common Council of the City
of Muskego may make additional deferrals as to such
special assessments when the Common Council
determines additional deferrals would be just and
equitable under the particular circumstances.
B. Be it further resolved that all other provisions of
said assessment policy shall remain in full force
and effect.
