APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS, the City's broker, Mooney & Associates has recommended
that a plat of the addition to the Industrial Park be prepared
for that property north of Saturn Drive, and
WHEREAS, the City's engineers, Ruekert & Mielke have prepared
as both the Preliminary and Final Plat, and
said plat dated 11/4/86, and recommended approval of the plat
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the
Muskego Industrial Park Addition No. 1 dated 11/4/86, for the
creation of eight (8) parcels north of Saturn Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this plat is also approved as the
Final Plat for the creation of said eight (8) parcels north of
Saturn Drive in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition No. 1
