CHANGE ORDER - MICHELS PIPELINE
(MW-1-86 AND MW-2-86 WATER PROJECT)
WHEREAS, Michels Pipeline has requested approval of a Change
Order for Water Main Project No. MW-1-86 in the amount of
and approval of a Change Order for an extension of time for
$4,774.67 for repair and replacement of a valve and water main,
Projects Nos, MW-1-86 and MW-2-86, and
WHEREAS, the City’s Engineers and the Finance Committee have
recommended approval of the Change Order for an increase of
$4,202.01, which is a deduction of two hours of time from the
final cost of the extra, and denial of the Change Order for an
extension of time because it is the contractor’s responsibility
to schedule work in such a manner to comply with the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the Change Order in the amount of
$4,202.01 for Project MW-1-86 and denial of the Change Order for
an extension of time for projects MW-1-86 and MW-2-86.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the necessary documents in the name of the City. 0
