ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR NEW SQUAD CARS
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for three new 1987
squad cars :

WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Law Enforcement consortium committee
has awarded the quote to Emil Ewald Chevrolet since it was the
low net bid on all 49 squad cars, and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain the lower costs as a result of the
fleet purchase by the consortium, the Police Department and the
Finance Committee have recommended acceptance of the quote of
Emil Ewald Chevrolet for a total of $23,835.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
which provided the low net quote on all 49 squad cars, for three
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Emil Ewald Chevrolet
(3) 1987 Chevrolet squad cars at $7,945 each for a total of
$23,835.
