RESOLUTION DEFERRING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
(Bostater)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has previously
adopted Resolution 8204-77 Deferral of the Special Assessment as
to the land in question; and
WHEREAS, the deferral period for said assessment is to run out in
the near future; and
WHEREAS, the City and Arthur Rostater wish to defer said
assessment and the interest due at the end of said deferral
period under the new deferral policy of the City as adopted in
Resolution 8112-86 except as said policy may be varied by this
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, at the request of Arthur Bostater and upon
recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, as follows:
1. That the assessment deferred by Resolution W204-77 and
interest due or to become due thereon is deferred for five
(5) years from the date of this resolution, but only
unless specifically amended by this resolution.

on the unpaid balance including accrued interest from the
