APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Cameron and Natalie Bruce
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council for a four parcel redivision of Parcel 3 of CSM
81002 of the Cameron and Natalie Bruce property in Section 5 in
the Town of Norway and Section 32 in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval of
the proposed division with conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map
submitted for a four parcel redivision of Parcel 3 of CSM #lo02
Town of Norway and Section 32 in the City of Muskego, subject
of the Cameron and Natalie Bruce property in Section 5 in the
30’ access along the east lot line to Denoon Road.
