APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGRGEMENT BETWEEN
AT h T AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the purchase of
additional phones from AT h T on November 19, 1985, with
the one year warranty to expire on 1/14/87, and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Agreement Supplement will cover the
year, with applicable charges for any renewal term, and
additional phones at a cost of $10.75 per month for the initial
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to
