RESOLUTION #247-86
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
FORCED SEWER HOOK-UP
(D.Keehn Property)
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee directed the Building
Inspector to obtain quotes for the forced sewer hook-up of the
David Keehn property at S68 W15071 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:
John Lang Trenching $ 2,850.00
Lindner Bros. Sewer and Exc., Inc. 3,275 .OO
Zidar Plumbing h Heating Co. 3,475.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance
of the quote from John Lang Trenching in the amount of
$2.850.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby accept the quote from John Lang
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Trenching in the amount of $2,850.00 for the forced sewer hook-
up of the David Keehn property at S68 W15071 Janesville Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in
the City.
