SECOND AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Oak Hill Estates Sewer Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Second Amended Relocation Order hereby
resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to an Amended Relocation
Order which is Resolution #159-86 which was passed and approved on
July 22, 1986 and;
2. That this Resolution is a Second Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of the within described public improvements project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section
32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct permanent easements for
sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the map attached to the
Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution #159-86 as Exhibit "X"
and as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "X-1";
4. That said permanent easements and other necessary temporary
construction easements will be built as set forth on the map attached
to the Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution #159 as Exhibit
I, x" and as set forth on the map attached to this Second Amended
Relocation Order marked Exhibit "X-1";
5. That the sites of said permanent easements and other
necessary temporary construction easements are contained in Exhibit
"X" attached to the Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution
#159-86 and contained in Exhibit "X-1'' which is incorporated herein;
that legal descriptions to said sites are attached to the Amended
Relocation Order known as Resolution 8159-86 as Exhibits "Y-1" through
"Y-3" and an additional legal description to said site is attached to
this Second Amended Relocation Order, made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit "Y-4".
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements for
sanitary sewer improvements and certain other necessary temporary
construction easements as indicated on Exhibits "X" and "Y-I" through
11 Y-3" attached to the Amended Relocation Order known as Resolution
8159-86 and as indicated on Exhibits "X-1'' and "Y-4" attached hereto.

All that part of the Southwest $ of Section 3, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wiscansin, being bounded and described as follows:
thence North 88'24'44" East, along the West i line of Section
3, 1329.80 ft. to the Northwest corner of "Oak Hill Estates,"
a recorded plat, thence South OO19'16" East, along the West
line of said plat, 293.00 ft. to the place of beginning of
the lands hereinafter described: thence continuing South 0'
19'16" East, along the West line of "Oak Hill Estates," 30.00 ft.?
West, 30.00 ft.: thence North 89'40'44'' East, 10.00 ft. to the
thence South 89°40'44" West, 10.00 ft.; thence North 0'19'16"
