AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE 1987 LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN
(As Amended)
THE EMPLOYEES OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the negotiators
for the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the employees of
the Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the amended settlement agreement (As Attached) between
the Employees of the Public Works Department and the City of
Muskego for the period of January 1, 1987 through December 31,
1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and Clerk are herebv
authorized to execute the

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
By and Between
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
and
EMPLOYEES OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
November 3, 1986
The parties agree to a wage increase of 4% effective 1/1/87, to
be computed on the total bargaining unit's salaries with that
hour basis; and, the term of the contract to be one year, from
amount to be divided equally among the employees on a cents-per-
1/1/87 to 12/31/87.
The parties agree to clarify contract language as follows:
Delete No. 6 under Miscellaneous on Exhibit "A" since it also
appears as Article VIII, Section 8.02.
Delete Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of Exhibit "A" and add new Article
XVIII-SAFETY EQUIPMENT, to incorporate said provisions, with
provided by the City. Renumber all paragraphs accordingly.

Change date in 26.01, Termination or Amendment of Agreement to

Amend ARTICLE X - OVERTIME, 10.02 to change maximum
