APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
WATERWORKS TELEMETRY CONTROL SYSTEM
(WATER TOWER)
WHEREAS, Kamp & Associates, Inc. was awarded the bid for the
water tower in the Industrial Park in Resolution 11108-86 for
installation of a Waterworks Telemetry Control System for the
the amount of $26,990, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that a new backup
control system be installed in the well pump house on Racine
Avenue to replace the existing controls, and
WHEREAS, Kamp & Associates has proposed to do this additional
work for $870, and
WHEREAS, the Public Water Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Water
Committee, does hereby approve the Change Order to add $870.00
to the contract price for the installation of a new backup
control system in the well pump house on Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign
said Change Order in the name of the City.
