APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
MEADOW GREEN
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat dated 9/12/86 has been submitted
for a proposed 48 lot planned unit development known as "Meadow
Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, which includes 15
Green", located on the northeast corner of Lannon Drive and
duplex lots and 33 single family lots, and
WHEREAS, in Resolution #199-86 (As Amended) the Council
indicated its intention to approve the concept of RS-2 (OPD)
zoning as proposed by Gregory Boehm for this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to renaming of certain streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby conditionally approve the Preliminary
Plat of the Meadow Green Subdivision, subject to the following: e 1. Compliance with all requirements of the City's
ordinances pertaining to planned unit development and
approval of the Rezoning from RS-2 to RS-2 (OPD).
2. Approval of the City Engineer.
3. Approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
