AUTHORIZATION TO APPLY FOR GRANT FUNDS
SCENIC URBAN WATERWAYS PROGRAM
(Little Muskego Lake/Jewel Creek Drainage Project, Phase 11)
WHEREAS, the Little Muskego Lake Association has requested that
the City apply for funds through the Scenic Urban Waterways
Program for Phase I1 of the Jewel Creek Drainage Project from
Gold Drive to the dam, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
and submit the application to the DNR requesting grant funds in
Program to be used in the implementation of Phase I1 of the
the amount of $65,650 through the Scenic Urban Waterways
Jewel Creek Sedimentation Control Plan.
