HONORING MUSKEGO'S AFS STUDENT - DALIA HASSIEN
WHEREAS, for many years local citizens have given
American Field Service Program in Muskego, and
generously of their time and efforts to maintain the
WHEREAS, it is the aim of the AFS Program to promote
understanding, friendship and knowledge between the people
of the world by arranging an interchange of students
between the United States and other countries, and
WHEREAS, this year Muskego is privileged to have as
their AFS student, Dalia Hassien from Cairo, Egypt, and
WHEREAS, Dalia exemplifies the purpose of the AFS
Program in Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common
Council of the City of Muskego does hereby honor Dalia
Hassien as Muskego's 1986-87 AFS student and extends to
her an invitation to return to our City some day in the
future.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
shall be sent to President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak, c/o
Egyptian Embassy, 2310 Decatur Place NW., Washington, D.C.
