RESOLUTION #227-86
APPROVAL OF REOUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
PAYN~ AND DOLAN , INC .
(INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT)
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. was awarded the contract for the
Industrial Park Addn. Street Construction Project with a
completion date of October 30, 1986, and
WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc., by their letter of October 7, 1986,
has requested an extension of time for the completion of the
Industrial Park Addn. Street Construction Project, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council recognizes the weather conditions
that are responsbile for this extension of time request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby agree to an
extension of time until November 28, 1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign the change order in the name of the City.
