APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Pipke
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a three parcel division of the Pipke property located in the SE
114 of Section 13, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a three parcel division of the Pipke property located
in the SE 1/4 of Section 13, subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Land Division Ordinance.

receipt of proof no later than January 1, 1988, that the land
is suitable for sewer disposal facilities.
