APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Jack Verburgt
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
Jack Verburgt, and
a four parcel redivision of Parcel 3 of CSM No. 5026 owned by
WHEREAS, this survey will be amended to include the City
Engineer's recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a four parcel division of the Jack Verburgt property
subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
