APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
James Verburgt
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a four parcel redivision of Parcel 2 of CSM No. 5026 owned by
James Verburgt, and
WHEREAS, this survey was previously approved indicating the
owner as Nancy Verburgt, and will be amended to include the
City Engineer’s recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to
property subject to approval by the City Engineer.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, and all other fees required by
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. 0
